    Skills
  • Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
    Proven experience in customer support or customer service roles, preferably in a call center environment.
    Ability to handle sales inquiries and upsell products effectively.
    Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
    Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
    A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills to foster good relationships with customers.
