Position: Customer Service Representative
Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour (based on experience)


Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Customer Service Representative to support daily
operations. This role involves handling high-volume phone calls, email communication, and
assisting with basic shipping and receiving tasks. The ideal candidate is bilingual, detail-
oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:
 Manage high-volume inbound and outbound phone calls
 Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
 Assist with shipping and receiving operations
 Support inventory tracking and basic data entry
 Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
 Conduct safety walkthroughs and follow company safety procedures
 Maintain organization and efficiency in daily tasks


Requirements & Qualifications:
 Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
 Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Office
 Strong time management and organizational skills
 Ability to handle a high-volume workload
 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
 Professional communication and customer service skills
 Must be dependable and detail-oriented


Preferred Qualifications:
 Experience with shipping and receiving
 Knowledge of Bills of Lading (BOLs)
 Inventory management experience
 Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Schedule Flexibility:
 Must be open to overtime and weekend work as needed
