Customer Service Supervisor ($65K-71K/year): Supervising Customer Care Team, Ensuring team is providing quality work and communications. Meeting KPIs and ensuring orders are properly entered and tracked. Ensure all MA Warranty Claims, Returns, and Credit requests are handled within the established timeframe. Develops and maintains our customer service portal. Ability to maintain composure, de-escalate potentially contentious situations when helping our customers.
