We are looking for staff for the city of La Mirada.
We are hiring for the first shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
The starting pay is $18.00 per hour (depending on experience, a higher salary may be offered)
Performs basic functions such as:
- Wire stripping and tinning
- Placing and soldering components on a printed circuit board including surface mounted components
- Installing nuts, screws, fuses, etc. to complete the mechanical assembly of electronic controls.
- Creating and installing wire harnesses
- Testing PCB assemblies to ensure function
Qualifications:
- 5 years minimum as a PCB assembler
- Very capable at reading and interpreting electronic schematics and drawings
- Familiar with ESD procedures
- Experienced in using hand tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English is a must, Spanish speaking is a plus
