Inventory Associate (Bilingual Preferred)
📍 Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA
💵 Pay Rate: $17.00/hr
🕒 Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Job Summary:
SoCal Employment Inc. is currently hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, organizing stock, and ensuring efficient product flow within the facility. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts
Track incoming and outgoing products
Organize and stock materials in designated areas
Assist with shipping and receiving processes
Use scanners or computer systems to update inventory data
Identify and report discrepancies or damaged goods
Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous inventory or warehouse experience is a plus
Basic computer skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Good communication skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
