Job Overview:
A Warehouse Laborer will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by performing physical labor tasks such as picking, packing, sorting, storing, and shipping products. The role requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, following safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Assist in stocking shelves, labeling inventory, and ensuring products are organized.
Product Handling: Pick and pack items for shipment accurately, ensuring that orders are fulfilled correctly.
Loading/Unloading: Load and unload shipments from trucks, ensuring proper handling of items.
Material Movement: Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts (if certified) to move items throughout the warehouse.
Quality Control: Inspect products for defects, damage, or discrepancies and report any issues to management.
Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment in accordance with customer orders and shipping schedules.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep the warehouse area clean, orderly, and safe, including sweeping, organizing, and maintaining equipment.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records for inventory and shipments as required.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff to meet operational goals and deadlines.
Skills and Qualifications:
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry heavy loads (up to 50 pounds) regularly.
Attention to Detail: Ensure that orders are fulfilled correctly and accurately.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate and work well with others.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Safety Awareness: Knowledge of and adherence to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Forklift Certification (Preferred): Experience with or willingness to obtain forklift certification.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
Previous warehouse or labor experience (Preferred but not required).
Work Environment:
Physical labor involving standing, walking, lifting, bending, and climbing.
May require the use of heavy equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.), safety gear, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
