Responsibilities:
Perform production and packaging tasks in a cold-temperature environment
Operate basic production equipment and tools safely and efficiently
Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced work setting
Perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, standing, and repetitive motions
Inspect products for quality and report any defects
Follow all safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work scheduled shifts, including weekends, overtime, and holidays as required
Comply with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Ability to work in a cold environment for extended periods
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting
Ability to perform manual labor and lift up to required weight (as applicable)
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass E-Verify
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
Previous experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse, or food processing
Experience working in cold storage or refrigerated facilities
Work Schedule:
Full-time
Weekends required
Overtime may be required based on production needs
