8-hour shifts (Day, Evening, or Overnight)
Monday through Friday
1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available

Position Summary

The General Laborer supports daily operations within a warehouse or manufacturing facility. This role includes performing a variety of tasks such as assembly, packing, loading, unloading, and assisting with machinery operation. Mechanical aptitude and forklift experience are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Lift 30–50 lbs regularly
Perform general labor and warehouse duties as assigned
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Pick, pack, label, scan, load, and unload materials
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist in production and machine operation
Maintain a fast and steady work pace
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications

Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand and power tools
Forklift experience (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Reliable, team-oriented, and able to follow directions
Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
