Join Our Team as an Environmental & Safety Coordinator!

Location: Commerce, CA 90040
Pay Rate: $25-$30 per hour (Temp to Hire)

Are you passionate about workplace safety and environmental compliance? We are urgently hiring for an Environmental & Safety Coordinator to join our dynamic Production Management Team with the opportunity to advance to an EH&S Specialist! This full-time role offers a competitive salary and great benefits, including health, dental, and 401(k) plans.

What You'll Do:

Provide expert EHS guidance to supervisors, employees, and contractors.
Lead safety onboard training and conduct safety walks across the facility.
Manage safety committees, incident investigations, and audits.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with HR on Workers’ Compensation and incident reporting.
Influence a safety-first culture at a large facility (150+ employees).
What We're Looking For:

1-3 years of OSHA experience with a strong grasp of safety regulations.
6-7 years in the manufacturing industry.
Bilingual in English/Spanish highly preferred.
Proven ability to manage safety in a fast-paced environment.
Strong project management skills and knowledge of Cal-EHS standards.
Perks & Schedule:

Monday to Friday, some night shifts and occasional Saturdays.
Day shifts: 7am-3:30pm.
