Lumper en Artesia

We are seeking dependable and physically fit individuals to work as Lumpers, assisting with the manual loading and unloading of goods from trucks, trailers, and containers. This role plays a critical part in the smooth operation of warehouse logistics and requires a strong work ethic and attention to safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Manually load and unload freight from trucks, trailers, or shipping containers
Sort, stack, and organize goods on pallets or designated areas
Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other equipment as needed
Inspect items for damage or discrepancies during loading/unloading
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area
Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Work collaboratively with warehouse staff, truck drivers, and supervisors
