Job Opening: Maintenance Associate

• Location: City of Commerce, CA
  Position: Temp-to-Hire

Seven Staffing Solutions is currently seeking Maintenance Associates for a manufacturing company located in the City of Commerce. This is a Temp-to-Hire position offering great benefits, including paid time off (PTO), overtime, and holiday pay.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems and basic electrical components.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Work closely with the team to ensure equipment is operating efficiently with minimal downtime.
Qualifications:

Knowledge of basic manufacturing processes and equipment.
Basic understanding of electrical systems and maintenance.
Previous experience in maintenance or general repair work is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Dependable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
