Mixer Helper/FL Op

The Mixer Helper will be assisting with all tasks related to the preparation and mixing of ingredients to produce finished products.

Transports dry and wet ingredients from the cooler or dry warehouse.

Measure’s ingredients into mixer.

Follows mixing procedures & Records mixing information

Maintains the proper Quality Assurance paperwork.

Preparing the mixer with raw ingredients to make sauce.

Inspects ingredient packages

Reports all equipment problems to the Lead or Supervisor immediately.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum experience general production mixing/cooking work experience.

Able to speak and understand simple sentences in English, Ability to perform basic addition, subtraction

Sanitation Experience in Food manufacturing- Willing to train with proper experience

Forklift & Reach Pallet Jack Certification, is a plus but willing to train if have proper experience
