They maintain shipping records, track inventory levels, and inspect outgoing goods for damage or accuracy. Shipping clerks often use warehouse management systems (WMS) and must adhere to safety and compliance regulations. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.
