💲 Pay Range: $16.50 – $20.00/hr (Depends on Position & Experience)
🕗 Schedule: Monday – Friday | Saturday Overtime Available
📌 Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Opportunities
Available Positions:
1️⃣ Mixer – Preparing ingredients, measuring, operating mixing equipment, ensuring quality and consistency.
2️⃣ Sanitation – Cleaning and sanitizing equipment, production areas, maintaining food safety.
3️⃣ Food Production (Weight Department) – Weighing, portioning, packaging, labeling, and quality checking.
4️⃣ General Labor – Packing, labeling, palletizing, loading/unloading, and assisting production.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
Handle ingredients and finished products per food safety guidelines.
Perform cleaning, sanitizing, and upkeep of production areas.
Maintain accurate counts and weights of materials/products.
Assist supervisors in meeting daily production goals.
Work in a cold/refrigerated environment and perform repetitive tasks.
Wear PPE provided by the company.
Follow all safety and company policies.
Requirements:
✅ Must provide a resume – past experience in Mixer, Sanitation, Food Production, or General Labor required.
✅ 1+ year of relevant food production or warehouse experience preferred.
✅ E-Verify required (bring original Social Security card & valid ID – no copies or photos).
✅ Background check required before starting.
✅ Steel-toe or non-slip shoes required.
✅ PPE must be worn at all times.
✅ Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods.
✅ Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a cold environment.
✅ Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
