Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Manufacturing Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will operate, monitor, and maintain food processing and packaging machinery to ensure efficient and safe production. You'll play a key part in delivering high-quality products while adhering to health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor food manufacturing equipment, including mixers, blenders, ovens, fillers, and packaging machines.
Set up machines according to production specifications and adjust controls as needed.
Inspect products for quality and consistency, removing defective items.
Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas to meet hygiene standards.
Record production data such as output, downtime, and machine settings.
Identify and troubleshoot machine malfunctions or process issues.
Collaborate with maintenance and quality assurance teams as needed.
Follow all safety guidelines, GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), and company policies.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
Previous experience in food manufacturing or operating industrial equipment preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting, standing, repetitive motions).
Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, if needed.
