Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Food Production Employee to join our team. In this role, preparation, processing, packaging, and labeling of food products in a clean, safe, and efficient environment. You will play a vital role in maintaining food quality and meeting daily production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare raw materials and ingredients according to recipes and production standards
Operate and monitor food processing equipment and machinery
Assemble, package, and label food products for distribution
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment
Follow all safety, quality, and food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMPs)
Perform routine quality checks to ensure consistency and compliance
Record production data and report any issues to supervisors
Assist with inventory, stocking, and material handling as needed
Work as part of a team to meet production deadlines
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or a similar setting is a plus
Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
Comfortable working in cold, hot, or fast-paced environments
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts, if needed
Working Conditions:

Fast-paced food manufacturing environment
May involve exposure to allergens, noise, and temperature variations
Personal protective equipment (PPE) required
Job Type: Full-time must be able to work OT & weekends
Pay: $16.50 per hour

Forklift Certifaciate
