Position: Production Lead
Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30 AM – 12:00 PM (Mandatory Overtime)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on and dependable Production Lead to oversee and guide our production team. This role is responsible for ensuring daily operations run smoothly, employees are meeting production goals, and company standards are consistently upheld. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise production team members during assigned shift
• Monitor daily workflow to ensure efficiency and productivity goals are met
• Enforce safety procedures and company policies
• Provide guidance, support, and on-the-job training to team members
• Communicate any production or personnel issues to management
• Ensure all products meet quality standards before being moved to the next stage
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (lead or supervisory role preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
