QC inspector- food manufacture

Great food manufacturer in Paramount hiring a QC Inspector to work 2nd shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-process inspections and CCP/preventative control checks
Verify product labels, weights, allergens, lot codes, and visual quality
Identify and manage non-conforming materials/products
Perform quality checks, including swabbing, calibration, and equipment testing
Support raw material traceability and recipe verification
Assist in training plant staff on quality procedures
Participate in GMP audits and internal inspections
Ensure compliance with food safety programs (e.g., allergens, sanitation, food defense)
Maintain accurate documentation and report issues to QA management
