We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Scale House Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for processing customer transactions, handling cash accurately, entering weight data, and ensuring compliance with facility and weighmaster guidelines.

Responsibilities
Provide customer service in person and by phone
Accurately process payments and count change
Enter Gross and Tare weights into the system
Follow proper cash-handling and facility procedures
Verify truck numbers and customer information
Work indoors and outdoors with continuous public interaction
Qualifications
Previous customer service experience required
Cash-handling experience preferred
Basic computer and 10-key skills required
Bilingual (Spanish) highly preferred
Ability to multitask and work weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed
