The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, possess foundational knowledge of electrical transformers, and hold a high school diploma or equivalent. Responsibilities include managing team performance, coordinating workflow, conducting meetings, and enforcing safety protocols. Strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to optimize operational processes are essential.

This position offers competitive pay starting at $28.00 per hour, full-time hours with benefits including 401(k), dental, and health insurance.
