Sewing Machine Operator

Job Title: Industrial Sewing Machine Operator (Sewer)

Location: Compton, CA

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Industrial Sewing Machine Operators to join our production team.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate industrial sewing machines (single-needle, double-needle, bar tack, etc.)

Sew heavy materials such as webbing, nylon, and canvas
Follow production guidelines and specifications to ensure product quality
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure consistency
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards
Follow all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous industrial sewing experience preferred

Experience working with heavy-duty materials is a plus
Ability to read and follow instructions and production patterns
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality

Physical Requirements: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Employment Requirements: Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify required)

Must be able to pass a background check

Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday)

Overtime may be required
