As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will be working closely with our Logistics team to pick and pack products to ship to our customers across the country. You will also be assisting in processing returns and ensuring that our shipping facility stays organized. For this position, we are looking for self-motivated and punctual individuals who enjoy working within a team and who have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Read order forms and accurately pick items from bins and shelves in shipping facility
Pack orders including selection of box size or envelope, insert packing paper if necessary, affix label, and seal for shipping
Process returned shipments and return items to stock if unused and in good condition
Organize and restock shipping facility inventory bins and shelves
Keep shipping facility clean and organized
Operate hand truck and pallet jack
What we are looking for:

Able to handle delicate and sensitive products with care
Punctuality is crucial
Able to be on feet for significant part of day
Able to lift at least 25 pounds on occasion
Demonstrate high attention to detail
Able to read and match item numbers and quantities
Strong communication skills including ability to take information quickly and accurately
