ACS STAFFING INC - BELLFLOWER, CA is currently seeking warehouse supervisors for a logistics company located in Rancho Dominguez.

General Responsibilities:

Manage several aspects of day-to-day operations with flexible availability to support nights and weekends.

Responsible for your site’s performance KPIs. Identify and track key-level metrics and plan continuous improvement efforts.
Ensure your facility follows established standard operating procedures published by our customers.
Use data-driven reports and analysis to identify avenues for continuous improvement and propose solutions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
Hire, train, coach, and motivate employees. You will also be responsible for setting and managing the team’s goals.
Work directly with our customers to ensure all daily operational, merchant, and inventory metrics are exceeded.
Be a pivotal point of contact with our customers.
Lead and manage a team of individuals dedicated to the fulfillment area, with specific responsibilities for inventory management, merchant care resolution, and following standardized operating procedures.

Skills:

Prior experience in supervising 35+ associates
Proficiency in systems, emails, and computer software
Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods of operations.
Great organizational, management, and communication skills
Ability to train and mentor others.
High School Degree
Min 5+ years in a similar role.
Prior experience in problem management and resolution.
Prior experience in the ECOM shipping space with high daily, weekly, and monthly volume goals and expectations.
Has prior experience working within a growing leadership team

Bilingual: Spanish required

Pay: $66,560K
