Job Title: Customer Service Associate (Wholesale Market)

Location: Downtown Los Angeles

Shift: 3:00 AM Start Time For Training then will transition to regualr schedule 1 am to 9 am.

Pay Rate: $18-$22/hour

Job Description:
Our organization is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team in Downtown Los Angeles. As a Customer Service Associate for a Wholesale Markt, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service while handling transactions efficiently and accurately. This is an early morning shift, ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic and punctuality.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Operate the cash register to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
Accurately handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and vouchers.
Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
Assist with bagging produce and other customer purchases.
Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products.
Monitor inventory levels at the register area and restock as needed.
Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
Report any discrepancies or issues to the shift supervisor promptly.
Requirements:

Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.
Strong basic math skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable transportation to Downtown Los Angeles for a 3:00 AM shift start.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Must be at least 18 years old.
