You're a Lead Flatsaw Operator. You know the difference between a high-cycle wall saw and a standard rig, and you've forgotten more about coring than most "operators" will ever learn.

Complete Demo is looking for a Lead Operator to help us build our Concrete Demo Division. We aren't looking for a "saw hand" — we're looking for the person who wants to run the rig today and run the division tomorrow.

A Real Career Path: You won't be "just an operator" here. We're looking for someone with the experience to manage the truck, the labor, and the site — with a clear path into Division Management as we grow.

Pay: $42.00 – $50.00 / hour (DOE) — We pay for the skill you bring.
