Foreman Consultant Needed – Torrance, CA
We’re seeking an experienced Construction Foreman Consultant to oversee field operations at an active job site in Torrance, California. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on leadership experience managing crews and subcontractors in heavy construction.
Required Experience:
Candidates must have proven field experience in:
Excavation work/Underground piping/dirt backfilling/Metal rebar installation/Concrete work/Pavers/Epoxy applications
Qualifications:
Strong leadership and crew supervision skills
Ability to coordinate subcontractors and labor teams
Experience enforcing safety protocols and compliance standards
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
Knowledge of or familiarity with heavy construction equipment
Problem-solving and on-site decision-making capabilities
Understanding of materials, production flow, and jobsite logistics
Technology savvy and Highly Organized: able to use email, WhatsApp, calendars, and send jobsite photos as needed
