General Labor/Clean up needed

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to assist with various construction tasks on active job sites. The ideal candidate will perform physical labor, follow safety guidelines, and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. This position plays a critical role in supporting skilled tradespeople and maintaining a clean, safe, and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform general construction site duties such as loading and unloading materials, cleaning job sites, and assisting skilled workers.
Operate basic hand and power tools safely.
Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors.
Set up and take down ladders, scaffolding, and other temporary structures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist in the preparation, installation, and removal of construction materials.
Comply with all safety regulations and wear required PPE at all times (e.g., hard hats, steel-toe boots, high-visibility vests, gloves, eye protection).
Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required PPE:
Hard hat
Steel-toe boots
High-visibility safety vest
Safety glasses
Work gloves
Qualifications:
Previous construction or general labor experience preferred but not required.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
Understanding of basic safety procedures and willingness to follow them.
Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
