We are seeking a dependable General Laborer to assist with a variety of construction site tasks. The ideal candidate is hardworking, safety-conscious, and able to follow instructions while working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Responsibilities
Perform general construction labor duties including digging, lifting, carrying, and loading materials
Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.) as needed
Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely
Prepare and clean construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials
Set up and take down temporary structures, scaffolding, and barricades
Load and unload materials, equipment, and tools
Follow all safety rules, OSHA regulations, and company policies
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements / Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous construction or labor experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, kneeling)
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Strong work ethic and reliability
Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Valid driver’s license (preferred, if travel between sites is required)
