CDL Truck driver needed in La en Los Angeles

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced CDL Truck Driver to join our transportation and logistics team. As a CDL driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods from one location to another, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining compliance with all federal and state trucking laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate company-owned or leased commercial vehicles to deliver freight.
Transport goods over long or short distances following designated routes and schedules.
Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of the truck and cargo.
Secure cargo for transport using appropriate equipment and techniques.
Ensure all documentation, including bills of lading, delivery receipts, and logbooks, are properly completed.
Maintain compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
Report any vehicle or equipment issues, delays, accidents, or violations immediately.
Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members.
Keep the vehicle clean and in good working condition.
Use GPS and electronic logging devices (ELDs) as required.
Load and unload cargo when required (depending on job type).
Follow all applicable traffic laws and maintain professionalism on the road.
