Building Housekeeper

Now Hiring: Building Housekeeper / Unit Cleaner (Full-Time)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to work in residential buildings and occasionally clean vacant units between move-ins.

Work Areas:

• Long Beach
• Torrance
• Hawthorne
• Redondo Beach

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain common areas (hallways, stairways, laundry rooms, etc.)
• Perform light janitorial duties as needed
• Deep clean vacant units before new tenant move-ins
• Report maintenance or safety issues
• Follow company cleaning schedules and standards

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation:
