BENNY’S TACOS & CHICKEN ROTISSERIE – SHIFT LEADER (West LA)
We are hiring an experienced Shift Leader (Supervisory Position) for our high-volume Mexican restaurant with locations in Santa Monica, Westchester, and Culver City.
This is not a senior cashier role. This position requires leadership, accountability, and enforcement of company standards. Sunday availability is especially needed.

Pay / Pago
$20/hour to start + tips (average $22–$24/hr)
$20 por hora + propinas (promedio $22–$24/hr)
90-day performance review with possible increase
Evaluación después de 90 días con posible aumento
Schedule & Hours / Horario
30–40 hours per week based on business needs
30–40 horas por semana según necesidad del negocio
Open availability required, including weekends

Overtime must be approved by management

Minimum Requirements / Requisitos
• 2+ years restaurant leadership experience
• Minimum 2 años de experiencia como supervisor/a
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Bilingüe (inglés/español) obligatorio
• Food Handler Certificate required
• Certificado de Manipulador obligatorio
• Reliable transportation
• Transporte confiable
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Enforce company policies (no alcohol, no misconduct)

• Train and coach staff
• Entrenar y supervisar personal
• Monitor breaks and labor
• Controlar descansos y horas
• Maintain Health Code compliance
