We’re hiring a reliable and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Chontios Mexican Restaurant! Located in Alhambra, we’re a fast-paced, family-owned Mexican restaurant known for great food and a welcoming atmosphere.

Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service
• Manage and support front- and back-of-house staff
• Train and supervise employees, ensuring top performance and customer satisfaction
• Handle inventory, ordering, and supplies
• Monitor cash handling and daily reporting
• Ensure cleanliness, health code compliance, and food quality standards
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Work closely with ownership to implement goals and improvements

Qualifications:
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Prior restaurant management experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Reliable, organized, and committed to hospitality
