Are you a skilled and reliable maintenance professional looking for an exciting opportunity in the heart of Los Angeles? Kim & Casey Property Management is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team at The Bora, a brand new luxury apartment building located at 3170 W. Olympic Blvd.

Position Overview:

As a Maintenance Person at The Bora, you will play a key role in ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of the apartment building. You will be responsible for handling work orders efficiently and maintaining the building's systems and equipment to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders from residents and property management.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, light carpentry, plumbing repairs, and electrical work.
• Conduct inspections and identify maintenance issues or safety hazards.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance performed and inventory of supplies.
• Ensure that all maintenance work is completed in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in general maintenance work.
• Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Bilingual in English, Spanish
