Maintenance

We seek a reliable maintenance helper with experience in:

• Installing flooring
• Carpet
• Paint
• Framing
• Drywall
• Stucco
• Brick
• Roofing
• Plumbing
• Electrical

...and other construction-related tasks.

The ideal candidate must have tools, a truck to transport materials and tools, the ability to lift 50 lbs or more, and basic communication skills in English (fluency not required).

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. Pay is based on experience and provided biweekly.
