* MUST HAVE MITCHELL 1 SHOP SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE AND AT LEAT 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS AN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE WRITER *

- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service

- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them

- Perform vehicle inspections and identify necessary repairs or maintenance

- Provide customers with accurate estimates for repairs and services

- Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work

- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles and any additional repairs needed

- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions

- Previous experience in automotive service or repair industry preferred

- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Proficient in computer software for writing service orders and maintaining records
