You will be creating dishes for a Japanese and a Sushi restaurant with your culinary experience. Creating recipes, traditional Japanese tasty dishes, including sushi. Must have experience with a culinary background, fish, meats, produce, seasonal vegetables, and breaking down fish. Must be able to manage a kitchen team to achieve success. Oversee all aspects of the restaurant BOH team. Experience with inventory, order guides, recipes, and menu development.
