This is NOT an entry-level position.
We are looking for a professional wok chef who can run a station independently in a fast-paced kitchen.
Who This Role Is For
7+ years cooking on high-heat wok stations
Comfortable handling volume and pressure
Knows how to cook fast, clean, and consistent
Can work independently without hand-holding
Takes pride in food quality and speed
Thai food experience is a plus, but not required if you are a strong wok cook.
What You’ll Be Doing
Run the wok station during peak service
Execute stir-fry and noodle dishes with speed and consistency
Maintain clean, organized station
Communicate clearly with the team during rush
Follow recipes and plating standards
