Seeking a head sushi chef for the Sherman Oaks location. The head sushi chef must have experience with sushi, sashimi, rolls, hand rolls, nigiri, cutting fish, breaking down fish, for example, Tuna, Yellowtail, Salmon, and other fish. A head sushi chef must oversee all sushi bar team. Must now basic management skills, delegating, leading by example, and fully prepare your team for success. Must engage with customers, friendly, positive attitude, be proactive, and great personality. We are looking for a head sushi chef with artistic presentations and elevated skills.
