New concept Japanese Restaurant is looking for a motivated talented Japanese Chef or Japanese food Chef. Must have experience in Japanese food and STRONG restaurant kitchen experience. We are looking for a leader and self motivated Chef. Must be able to create recipes and dish developing. We are a new Sushi /Japanese restaurant and we are very strong and have a strong background with other restauarant and new projects. You must be able to lead your kitchen team and work with General Manager and partners. Strong and respectful communication is a must. Must be able to conduct pre shift meetings with BOH and FOH. Must have a strong demeanor and be able to professionally communicate and work with BOH team.
