Junior Sous Chef en Glendale

Qualifications:
Leading by example by demonstrating good technique, exemplary behavior, knowledge, and positive attitude. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to learn and teach other kitchen staff after learning the Marbled LA kitchen system. Must be able to work in a high volume & pressure kitchen system and be able to adapt fast. Spanish is a must and need to be open to learn new systems and not be sensitive. Must be able to have a flexible schedule including weekends if required.

General Scope: Supervise day-to-day shift activities of all staff with a focus on production. Work alongside Exec Chef and Sous Chef to execute Marbled LA vision. Ensure staff are appropriately trained and have all the tools and equipment needed to effectively execute their job function.
