PM DISHWASHER – WEST LA (FULL-TIME, SET SCHEDULE)

Benny’s Tacos & Chicken Rotisserie is hiring a full-time PM Dishwasher (Kitchen Support) for our Westchester location.
This is a high-volume closing position. Reliability and consistency are critical.
Compensation
$18.00 - $19.00 per hour (starting) (plus tips)
Stable full-time hours

REQUIRED SCHEDULE (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Must be available ALL of the following:
Wednesday: 3:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Thursday: 3:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Friday: 3:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Saturday: 3:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Sunday: 3:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Position Requirements
Previous restaurant or dishwashing experience preferred
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
Ability to lift 40 lbs repeatedly
Comfortable working late closing shifts
Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented
Basic understanding of cleaning and sanitation standards
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
High-volume dishwashing throughout shift
Support kitchen team when needed
Maintain clean and organized dish area
Perform end-of-night cleaning and closing duties
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
Important Notes
This is a closing position (until ~11:00 PM nightly)
Weekend reliability is critical
This role supports the entire kitchen during peak hours
Not suitable for applicants seeking part-time or flexible schedules
