Job Description
We are looking for reliable and hardworking team members to join our sushi restaurant. This role involves assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate works well with a team, stays organized during busy periods, and takes pride in preparing quality food.

Responsibilities
Prepare sushi ingredients and assist with sushi rolls and other menu items
Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist with to-go orders and packaging when needed
Work efficiently during busy service periods
Communicate effectively with team members and management

Qualifications
Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred (but not required)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Reliable and punctual
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
