Key Responsibilities
📅 Manage schedules and calendars for managers or teams
📞 Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally
📝 Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
📂 Maintain filing systems (digital and physical records)
🧾 Handle data entry and database management
📦 Order office supplies and manage inventory
🤝 Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
📬 Sort and distribute mail and deliveries
🗓️ Assist with event or meeting planning
Required Skills
Strong organization and time management
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or similar tools
Attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Basic office equipment knowledge (printers, scanners, etc.)
Typical Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (some employers prefer an associate’s or bachelor’s degree)
Previous administrative or office experience preferred
