Customer Service Representative (Bilingual - English/Spanish)

We are looking for a motivated and personable Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team! As a key member of our customer relations, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, explaining our services, and helping to expand our customer base. If you have natural charisma, excellent communication skills, and are a quick learner, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Make calls to potential customers, introducing our services.
Clearly explain the benefits of our services and address any questions.
Assist current customers with their needs and follow up on previous services.
Help grow and maintain strong customer relationships.

What We're Looking For:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Must be fluent in both languages.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging personality.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn quickly.
The ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:
$18/hr - $22/hr, depending on experience, PLUS commission.
