Hanton International (USA) Group, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Office Assistant to join our team in the City of Commerce, CA.


Responsibilities include:


- Inputting customer orders into our internal software system.

- Routing packages for various carriers (UPS, FedEx, Gofo Express, Ciro, etc.).

- Managing inventory and providing support to outside sales representatives.

- Assisting customers with orders over the phone.

- Coordinating with our China office and assisting with daily e-commerce label printing.

- Routing orders with LTL carriers.

- Attending trade shows, primarily in Long Beach, CA and Las Vegas, NV.


Requirements:


- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- A minimum of three years of experience, preferably within the wholesale apparel industry.

- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.

- A typing speed of at least 40 WPM.

- Professional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


This is an in-house position, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We offer starting compensation of $19 per hour, with weekends off and paid major holidays.
