Customer Service Part Time en Santa Fe Springs

Wow Party Rental, Inc., located in La Mirada, is looking for Customer Service Representatives to work part-time to full-time. Starting wage is $17.27 an hour for a preliminary period, after which, performance reviews will cause wage increases to a set amount through the office manager. ($18 - $20)

The company WOW Party Rental, Inc. rents out party rental equipment to the Cities, Businesses, Schools and Churches or to individuals who have parties at their homes or park.

We are looking for individuals who:

• Can be professional over the phone while speaking to clientele.
  * Have the ability to work under pressure and are accountable.
  * Have a friendly personality and enjoys coming to work everyday on time.
  * Have the ability to resolve customer issues and de-escalate situations.
  * Can take customer orders over the phone or in person, and data entry into a database for delivery or customer pick up.
  * Have the ability to enter online orders into a database for delivery or customer pick up.
  * Are able to review a customers delivery information and confirm all the details needed.
  * Are able to collect cash and process credit cards.
  * Are able to learn our inventory to be knowledgeable when engaging in conversation with customers; this would entail learning party rental equipment sizing, pricing, and requirements. You may view the inventory at www.wowpartyrental.com.

  ***Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
  ***Bilingual is a plus (Spanish / English)
