Customer Service Representative Needed in Long Beach, CA
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator to support daily transportation activities, customer communications, and key administrative tasks. This position requires exceptional customer service skills, strong follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics setting.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, truck brokerage, transportation, or dispatching (preferred).
-Strong customer service and communication skills—able to build trust and maintain professional relationships.
-Exceptional attention to detail with strong follow-up skills.
-Proficient in billing, data entry, and clerical administrative tasks.
-Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a high-volume environment.
-Experience with TMS software, load boards, billing systems, or related tools is a plus.
-Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle urgent or time-sensitive situations.
Schedule:
Monday- Friday (40 hours weekly)
7am -3:30pm
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
