Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, and issue resolution
- Enter and maintain accurate customer information in the database
- Collaborate with internal teams to expedite solutions and provide timely responses to customers
- Utilize various software systems such as AS400, SyteLine, and GPS for order tracking and data entry
- Coordinate with dispatching and transportation management systems to ensure efficient delivery schedules

Experience
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in data entry and utilizing software systems like AS400, SyteLine, and GPS
- Knowledge of supply chain processes is a plus
- Ability to type efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions
