Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator (Full-Time, In-Person)
This role supports daily logistics and transportation operations by coordinating freight, managing customer communications, and handling billing and administrative tasks. The coordinator serves as the main customer contact, tracks shipments, resolves issues, and works closely with carriers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery. The position requires strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking skills, and experience in logistics and customer service.

Key details:
Pay: $22–$25/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm (40 hours/week)
Experience required: 2+ years in logistics and customer service
Skills: customer service, dispatching, billing, documentation, shipment tracking, problem-solving
Tools: TMS/load boards/billing systems (preferred)
