Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and creative individual to manage social media and marketing initiatives while supporting front office operations with basic data entry and administrative tasks in the city of COMPTON. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in both digital engagement and structured office environments.
Key Responsibilities:
🌐 Social Media & Marketing
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across company social media platforms
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments or inquiries as needed
- Assist with email campaigns, promotions, and marketing collateral
- Collaborate with internal teams to highlight company updates and initiatives
🗂 Front Office Data Entry & Support
- Accurately input client and operational data into designated systems
- Support front desk activities including greeting visitors and answering phones
- Maintain organized records and assist with document management
- Perform other clerical tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Basic proficiency in data entry and office software (Microsoft Word, Excel)
